Start by building a YouTube channel. Here’s how we’ll do it:
Target visitors from abroad
Why abroad, why not Indonesia? Because I once built a YouTube channel targeting Indonesia, but it took a long time to make a lot of money. It was only 3 million rupiah at most. Even if you’re trying to grow from 3 million to 4 million, it’s incredibly difficult. Even if you work overtime and upload a lot of videos, it’s still difficult. It’s best to target only international viewers. Of course, make videos in English, using text-to-speech. Revenue grows very quickly. From 2 million to 4 million in just a month. Even videos with just 100 views get paid 300,000 rupiah, while others get paid 50,000 rupiah with just 2 views. The RPM and CPM are very high. Especially if you get viewers from America, wow, that’s great. So if your content ideas are struggling to take off in Indonesia, just spread it overseas.
Upload 12-24 videos a day
It seems difficult, but this is a feasible method. Upload 24 videos daily, scheduling one video every hour. If you can’t upload 12 videos, then schedule one video every two hours, or even if you’re too lazy to upload, tired, or just want to lie down. We researched this method overseas. We watched videos from people in niches similar to mine, and it proved successful in increasing views and revenue. Is this considered spam? Not at all. In fact, we watch videos from overseas; they sometimes upload 100 or even 200 videos daily. But this method only works if your videos are viewed 90% through searches, your videos are easy to make, you have consistent content, you edit quickly, and you’re monetized. If not, it’s best not to do this. Uploading one video a day is sufficient, or creating a three-month supply of your first 90 videos so YouTube can understand your video algorithm.
Keep videos longer than 30 seconds and under 2 minutes in landscape mode.
Because we upload a lot of videos every day, we keep them short. Videos longer than 30 seconds are considered regular videos, not short videos, as long as they’re landscape-style. We don’t care about quality; the most important thing is to make videos that are useful to others. The results will still be the same anyway. If we only upload one video a day, we’ll lose out to others. We never know which video will go viral. This method has proven successful for those of us who are lazy about making videos. With a short duration, we can create multiple videos every day.
Utilize AI Chatbots and AI Text-to-Speech
If we don’t speak English, this method is very helpful in video production. We no longer need to tire ourselves out writing scripts, or waking up in the middle of the night to record audio. The AI Chatbot and AI Text-to-Speech handle everything. Can we use AI for video? Absolutely, as long as it’s not entirely AI-powered. We only use AI to write scripts, create audio, and generate metadata. To get the video material, we record our own phone screens; we create them ourselves, without using AI. The most important thing is to include a label when uploading that this video was created using AI modification.
Make a List of Videos to Make
This is one way we keep from running out of ideas. So, before making a video, we’ll research the video we’re going to make. We’ll write it down in the format 1, 2, 3, etc., in our phone notes. This makes it easier to find video material. So, when I make a video the next day, I already know what I’m going to make. Sometimes I spend a day writing this list of videos. It seems difficult, but it’s really helpful for me, a lazy person who doesn’t want to make videos. Once I know what video I’m going to make, I just take action.
Creating Metadata Using AI
To speed up video editing, I always use AI to process my video metadata. Here’s how:
Video Title: For the title itself, I’ll research on YouTube to see which ones best suit my video. But if I can’t find a suitable one, I’ll ask AI to suggest an interesting title. You simply explain what your video is about, then ask the AI to generate some SEO titles for it. Description: To create the description, I’ll copy the title of the video I’m about to create. I’ll ask the AI to explain the meaning or intent of the title. The description will then contain several keywords related to the video. This will help our video get views from search engines. Keywords: To generate keywords, I’ll also ask the AI to generate them. Simply copy the title of your video, then the prompt will look like this: “Generate several SEO keywords separated by commas from the title of video xxxxxx.” If that’s still not enough, please generate more. You can use Chat AI, Chat gpt Gemini, or Meta AI to get the results.
Creating Evergreen Content Niches
One content niche that doesn’t age is evergreen content. This niche is plentiful, whether it’s tutorials, reviews, or anything else. By creating…
